摘要
针对传统快速定量装车系统中缓冲仓和定量仓上下排列造成系统高度增加、投资增大及应用受限的问题,提出了由双定量仓快速定量装车系统的解决方案。对双定量仓装车的工艺可行性及其控制策略进行了深入的研究,设计出了异型仓斗和称重器械等部件组成的双定量仓快速定量装车系统并对系统的装车能力进行了分析。
