摘要
目的:分析针灸防治肿瘤放化疗所致骨髓抑制的经穴特点,探讨针灸防治本病的临证思路。方法:检索2008～2017年发布于维普、中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库中关于针灸防治肿瘤放化疗所致骨髓抑制的文献,利用Excel软件对相关文献进行分类整理,对选经、取穴等数据进行统计分析。结果:共纳入44篇文献,灸法占33篇;涉及经脉10条、经穴27个,胃经、督脉、膀胱经频次最高;常用的腧穴有足三里、大椎、肾俞、脾俞、膈俞、三阴交等。穴对脾俞和肾俞、足三里和三阴交、肾俞和膈俞、足三里和大椎最常见。结论:针灸防治本病疗效肯定,有重阳经、重灸法的特点,体现了"重温阳、补气血"的思想,提出"治神调气"的临床思路,有助于促进肿瘤放化疗患者的康复。
Objective: To summarize and analyzethe clinical regularitiesofselectiontherapies, meridians and acupoints, and then to explore the clinical thought of acupuncture-moxibustion on preventing and treating myelosuppression induced by chemoradiotherapyin patients with malignant tumor.Methods: Through searching the literatures between 2008-2017 at VIP, CNKI, CBM and Wanfang Database, this paper analyzedstatistical data of the selectiontherapies, meridians and acupoints, basing the Excel. Results: A total of 44 related articles were included. 33 of them using moxibustion. All 27 acupoints in 10 meridians were used. The Stomach Meridian, Conception Vessel and Bladder Meridian in meridians and Zusanli, Dazhui, Shenshu, Pishu, Geshu,Sanyinjiao,and in acupoints were widely used. The Shenshu and Pishu, Zusanli and Sanyinjiao, Shenshu and Geshu, Zusanli and Dazhui, Dazhui and Geshu, were very common compatibilities of acupoints. CCoonncclluussiioonn::Acupuncture-moxibustion was effective with this disease.Moxibustion showed its better efficacy. Acupoints in Yang meridians and Specific acupoints, were mostly selected. With above analysis, the clinical thoughts, Warming Yang, Benefiting Qi and nourishing Blood, Regulating Spirit and Qi, have been came up, which could better control the diseases and promote rehabilitation.
