摘要
我国肝癌患者数量约占世界肝癌患者总数的50%,严重威胁人民健康。临床上情志失调导致的神失调是肝癌发病的重要因素之一。而现有治疗体系存在的重形轻神,重视消除肿瘤负荷而忽视患者之神的不足是制约疗效提高的重要因素。本文系统分析神失调在肝癌发病中的关键作用,结合临床实践需求,提出调神防治肝癌的临床和基础研究思路,期待通过构建以人为本,形神并调的防治体系,提高肝癌的整体防治疗效。
In China, the medical burden of liver cancer accounted for 50% of the world, and liver cancer seriously threatens the health of the Chinese people. In the clinic of traditional Chinese medicine,mind disorder induced by emotional disorder is one of the important factors of the pathogenesis of liver cancer. However, the contemporary multidisciplinary treatment of liver cancer only addresses the importance of the physical side of the patients, including physical status and tumor volume change, but overlooks the spiritual side of the patients,which has become the bottleneck for the enhancement of therapeutic efficacy. In this article,the key role of mind disorder in the pathogenesis of liver cancer was systematically analyzed, and the thoughts of regulating mind to prevent and treat liver cancer in the clinical and basic research was put forward based on the clinical experience. It is expected to improve the overall effectiveness of prevention and treatment of liver cancer by constructing a humanoriented comprehensive system for simultaneous regulation of physique and mind.
