摘要
文中提出考虑了经济发展水平、人口及当前科技文化背景的高等教育需求模型的建模方法 ,并用以对我国近年高等教育的状况以及未来 10年的发展进行了分析和预测 ,结果表明 ,我国政府作出扩大高等教育规模的决策是正确的。
The paper provides a modeling method of higher education demand that has taken into account of the economy developing level, population, science and technology and culture background. With the method we discussed and forecasted the recent situation and future development of our country's higher education. The results indicate our government's decision to enlarge the higher education scale is correct.
