摘要
高等教育规模是影响教育投资利用率的一个重要因素。对高等教育适度规模理论进行了探讨,提出了高等教育需求模型,并结合河北省高等教育情况进行了应用分析,得出相应的结论。
The scale of higher education is the vital factor that affects the utilization of education investment. So the theory of appropriate scale of higher education is discussed, and the demand model of higher education is presented. Then the paper applied the history data of Hebei province to the model. Finally, the conclusion is reached.
