摘要
本文对蒙古牛线粒体DNA D—loop高变区的核苷酸序列进行了分析,结果发现,蒙古牛D-loop高变区的核苷酸变异率约为0.40%,其核苷酸变异类型只有转换1种形式。
This paper investigated mitochondrial DNA D-loop hypervariable region in Mongolian cat-tle. The results showed that the nucleotide variational rate of hypervariable region in D-loop in Mongo-lian cattle was 0. 40%, only transition was found in the hypervariable region.
