摘要
本文对4匹纯血马(分别来自英国、澳大利亚、美国和新西兰)mtDNAD-Loop高变区400bp核苷酸序列的变异进行分析。结果发现4匹纯血马mtDNAD-Loop高变区的核苷酸变异存在长度变异和位点变异,长度变异是由碱基缺失导致,位点变异类型包括转换、颠换和缺失3种形式,其中以转换最为常见,平均核苷酸变异率为4.00%。核苷酸变异位点较多,且个体之间差异大,说明这4匹纯血马的mtDNAD-Loop高变区多态性丰富。
Our experiment analyzed the Mitochondrial DNA D-Loop varied region 400bp sequence variations in 4 Thoroughbred horses (from England, Australia, USA and New Zealand respectively,). Its results could be summarized as follows: the mtDNA D-Loop varied region in 4 Thoroughbred horses had length mutation and locus mutation,length mutation resulted from nucleotide deletion and loci had three types of mutations including transition,transversion and deletion,of which transition was the most frequent. The average nucleotide mutational rate was 4.00%. Nucleotide mutational loci were abundant and difference in 4 horses were greater,the results showed an abundant polymorphism of mtDNA D-Loop varied region in 4 Thoroughbred horses.
