摘要
近年来,跨境电商作为一种新型的对外贸易方式,正逐渐成为推动外贸转型升级的重要途径。黑龙江省需要加强对跨境电商产业发展趋势的分析,以便结合外贸产业未来的发展变化采取有效的应对措施,继而更好地推动黑龙江省对外贸易发展。
In recent years,the formation of the Silk Road Economic Belt in Heilongjiang Province has greatly promoted foreign economic cooperation,and the cross-border e-commerce as a new mode of foreign trade is gradually becoming an important way to promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade. Heilongjiang Province needs to strengthen the analysis of the development trend of cross-border e-commerce industry,in order to integrate with the future development and changes of trade industry,and takes effective measures to promote the development of foreign trade.
