摘要
分析我国跨境电商发展趋势,阐述了哈尔滨市跨境电商发展的基本情况和存在的问题,提出哈尔滨市应加快跨境电商综试区建设,力争建成对东北亚和北美的跨境电商枢纽城市,同时有针对性地提出了加强组织领导和资金扶持、加快培育跨境电商主体、推进跨境电商集聚发展等具体措施。
This paper analyses the development trend of cross-border e-commerce in our country,expounds the basic situation and existing problems of cross-border e-commerce development in our city,and puts forward that we should speed up the construction of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area,strive to build a cross-border e-commerce hub city for Northeast Asia and North America,and at the same time,puts forward to strengthen organizational leadership and financial support. To speed up the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce entities and promote the development of cross-border e-commerce agglomeration and other specific measures.
