摘要
目前甘孜州高原羊肚菌产业的新问题包括菌种不纯、抗逆性差、新型病虫害增多、品质参差不齐、产量差异明显,没有建立系统标准的菌种驯化工作体系;不能因地制宜根据当地海拔高度、地理位置、气候条件、土壤环境选择适宜栽培的菌种,建立科学的人工栽培技术体系,从而造成羊肚菌市场价格波动较大。根据新形势下甘孜州羊肚菌产业发展中存在的问题,提出可持续发展的相关建议和对策,为甘孜州地区羊肚菌人工栽培发展方向提供基础理论依据。
In recent years,the Morchella industry in Ganze plateau has many new problems,which are chaotic provenance,poor resistance,more new diseases and insect pests,uneven quality and obvious yield differences,and no systematic standard was established for strain domestication.It is impossible to select suitable strains for cultivation and establish a scientific system of artificial cultivation technology according to the specific altitude,geographical location,climatic conditions and soil environment,so as to make the market price of morels fluctuate greatly.According to the problems existing in the development of Morchella industry in Ganzi prefecture,specific suggestions and countermeasures for sustainable development were put forward,which provided the basic theoretical basis for the development direction of artificial cultivation of Morchella spp.in Ganzi prefecture.
