摘要
为促进农业固体废弃物得到有效的循环利用,试验以芦苇渣、谷壳、菜园土(CK)为覆土材料对黑皮鸡进行了出菇栽培,通过对黑皮鸡■出菇个数、单菇重量等产量指标以及可溶性糖、蛋白质、维生素C、粗脂肪、粗纤维等品质指标进行测定。结果表明:以芦苇渣作为覆土材料出菇产量和生物转化率最高,为236.33 g/袋和67.3%,菜园土覆土排第二,为215.93 g/袋和58.18%,谷壳覆土的最低,仅为154.97 g/袋和43.67%;5种营养成分含量在芦苇渣处理和菜园土处理间差异均不显著。表明芦苇渣可作为黑皮鸡■栽培的覆土材料利用。
In order to recycling use of agricultural solid waste,the reed residue,rice husk and vegetable garden soil(CK)as the covering material of Oudemansiella radicata cultivition were studied on this paper.Through statistics the number and weight of fruits production,and measure the soluble sugar,protein,vitamin C,crude fat and crude fiber,the results showed that the yield and biological efficiency of fruit were the highest with reed residue as the covering material,which was 236.33 g/bag and 67.3%.The second highest with garden soil covering was 215.93 g/bag and 58.18%,and the lowest with rice husk covering soil was only 154.97 g/bag and 43.67%.The contents of the five nutrients were not significantly different between reed residue treatment and garden soil treatment.The experiment showed that reed residue could be used as covering material for the cultivation of O.radicata.
