摘要
邻苯二甲酸酯是在食品加工和包装过程中广泛使用到的塑化剂,因其对人体健康有危害作用,从而受到了越来越多的关注。综述了食品中邻苯二甲酸酯检测的分析方法以及样品前处理方法研究进展。同时也总结了邻苯二甲酸酯分析技术在乳制品检测中的应用。
In food processing and packaging,phthalate esters are widely used as plasticizers.The growing attention has been devoted to the adverse effect of phthalate esters on human health.This review provides an overview of advances on sample pretreatment and detection methods for analysis of phthalate esters in foods.We also summarize the application of methods for analysis of phthalate esters on diary product analysis.
