摘要
建立了荧光法间接测定环境样品中邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)的方法.邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)在碱性条件下水解生成邻苯二甲酸钠,在pH=7.4的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,利用Fenton反应产生羟基自由基(*OH)进攻邻苯二甲酸钠,生成具有荧光的羟基邻苯二甲酸钠,测定其荧光强度可间接求出DEP的浓度.DEP含量在5.03×10-7~1.01×10-5mol/L范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9998;检出限为8.3×10-8 mol/L. 用本方法间接测定了环境样品中PAEs总量,获得满意结果.该方法操作简便,具有较高的灵敏度和准确度.
A new method was established for indirectly determining phthalate esters (PAEs) in environmental samples by fluorimetry. Under the proper condition of hydrolysis, diethyl phthalate (DEP) was hydrolyzed completely and then sodium phthalate was produced. The hydroxyl free radical is produced in the buffer solution of Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4 at pH 7.4 by Fenton reaction, the volume of 5.7 ×10^-3 mol/L EDTA-Fe( Ⅱ ) solution, 3% H2O2 solution is 0.5, 1.0 mL and the optimal reaction time is 50 minutes. The hydroxyl free radical is apt to attack sodium phthalate and then fluorescent sodium hydroxyphthalate was formed, which remains stable for more than 5 hours. Its maximum excitation and emission wavelength were at 317 nm and 442 nm, respectively. DEP has good linear relationship in the range of 5.03×10^-7-1.01×10^-5 mol/L with correlation coefficient of 0. 9998 and detection limit of 8.26 ×10^-8 mol/L. The method has been applied to determine PAEs in water and soil samples with satisfactory results.
