摘要
目的:六味补气方联合信必可与单用信必可治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)稳定期的疗效比较。方法:将120例COPD稳定期患者随机分2组,分别为单用信必可组和六味补气方联合信必可组,治疗为期3个月。比较2组治疗前后肺功能、6MWT(m)及生活质量评分。结果:2组治疗前后临床症状及肺功能均有改善;六味补气方联合信必可临床症状及肺功能改善更加明显,疗效更显著;联合应用组复发率更低,2组间比较有统计学意义。结论:六味补气方联合信必可更有效的改善COPD稳定期的生活质量和肺功能。
Objective:The efficacy of Liuweiqiqi combined with Symbicort and single-use Symbicort can be used to treat .the stable phase of COPD.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into two groups:single-use Symbicort group and Liuwei Buqi combined with Symbicort group for a period of 3 months. The lung function,6MWT(m)and quality of life scores were compared before and after treatment.Results:The clinical symptoms and lung function of the two groups were improved before and after treatment.Liuwei Buqi decoction combined with Symbicort can improve.the clinical symptoms and lung function more obviously,and the curative effect is more remarkable.The recurrence rate was lower in the combination group and statistically significant between the 2 groups.Conclusion:Liuwei Buqi decoction can effectively improve the quality of life and lung function in the stable phase of COPD.
