摘要
膝骨性关节炎是以关节软骨退变、骨质增生、无菌性滑膜炎症和韧带变性等为主要病理特征,以疼痛和功能活动受限为主要临床表现的慢性关节疾病。流行病学统计显示,中国60岁以上者膝骨关节炎发病率高达42.8%,给患者及社会带来了巨大负担。该文从健康教育、物理疗法、口服药物、关节腔注射、针灸推拿、中药内服、外用等方面综述了近年来膝骨性关节炎的中西医治疗进展。
Knee osteoarthritis is a chronic joint disease characterized by articular cartilage degeneration,bone hyperplasia,aseptic synovial inflammation and ligament degeneration as the main pathological features,and with pain and functional activity limitation as the main clinical feature. Epidemiological statistics show that the incidence of knee osteoarthritis is as high as 42.8% among people over 60 years old in China,which brings a huge burden to patients and society. This article reviews the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with TCM and Western medicine in recent years,which concern health education,physical therapy,oral medication,intra-articular injection,acupuncture and manipulation,oral administration of Chinese medicine,and external application.
