摘要
目的探讨关节松动术联合运动康复治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法选取该院2019年11月—2020年11月收治的90例膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组.对照组45例采用常规药物联合物理因子治疗,观察组45例采用关节松动术联合运动康复治疗.比较两组的治疗效果.结果比较两组的治疗总有效率,观察组的97.78%明显高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗7、14 d后,观察组的Lysholm膝关节功能评分分别为(62.66±5.05)分、(73.29±6.19)分,均高于对照组,观察组的疼痛评分分别为(4.38±0.34)分、(3.02±0.29)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论膝骨关节炎患者采用关节松动术联合运动康复治疗的效果理想,可推广使用.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of joint loosening combined with exercise rehabilitation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.45 cases in the control group were treated with conventional medicine combined with physical factors,and 45 cases in the observation group were treated with joint loosening combined with exercise rehabilitation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared the total effective rate of the two groups,97.78%of the observation group was significantly higher than 82.22%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 and 14 days of treatment,the Lysholm knee function scores in the observation group were(62.66±5.05)points and(73.29±6.19)points,respectively,higher than those in the control group,the pain scores in the observation group were(4.38±0.34)points and(3.02±0.29)points,respectively,lower than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Joint loosening combined with exercise rehabilitation is effective and can be widely used in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
