摘要
目的:探讨思维导图绘制教学对临床护生评判性思维能力的影响,为今后的临床教学提供参考。方法:便利抽取某三甲医院实习护生64名,行思维导图教学干预,对干预前后评判性思维能力进行比较。结果:干预后护生评判性思维较干预前显著提高(t=-0. 74,P=0. 045),干预后研究对象在开放思想、求知欲、认知成熟度、系统化能力四个维度上均有明显提高(P <0. 05)。结果:思维导图绘制教学有助于提高临床护生评判性思维能力。
Objective:To explore the influence of mind mapping teaching on the critical thinking ability of clinical nursing students,and provide reference for future clinical teaching.Methods:It is convenient to draw 64 internship nursing students from a top three hospitals,and conduct mental map teaching intervention to compare the critical thinking ability before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the critical thinking of nursing students was significantly improved compared with that before intervention (t=-0.74,P=0.045).After the intervention,the subjects were obviously in the four dimensions of open thinking,curiosity,cognitive maturity and systemic ability.Increased (P<0.05).Results:The teaching of mind mapping helps to improve the critical thinking ability of clinical nursing students.
