摘要
目的分析、评价中医康复护理对脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者运动功能的影响。方法对本院2015年1月—2017年12月期间收治的126例脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者进行回顾性分析,按照患者临床护理方式的不同,将其分为对照组与研究组;其中对照组实施常规的西医康复护理,而研究组则在西医护理的基础上,实施中医康复护理;观察与比较2组患者运动功能变化情况。结果研究组患者在护理1个月、3个月和6个月后,其MAS评分与Barthel指数评分皆高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在康复训练的基础上,给予脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者中医康复护理,有助于改善患者运动功能、提升生活自理能力,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on motor function of patients with hemiplegia in convalescent stage of stroke.Method A retrospective analysis of 126 patients with hemiplegia in convalescent stage of stroke from January 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital was carried out.The patients were divided into control group and study group according to the different clinical nursing methods.The control group carried out routine Western medicine rehabilitation nursing,while the study group carried out traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on the basis of Western medicine nursing.Results The MAS of the patients in the study group was evaluated after 1 month,3 months and 6 months of nursing care.The scores of score and Barthel index of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of rehabilitation training,the rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients with hemiplegia in convalescent period is helpful to improve patients'motor function and their ability to take care of themselves,and has high application value.
