早期康复干预对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者上下肢功能及日常生活活动能力的影响分析被引量：3

摘要目的:分析早期康复干预对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者上下肢功能及日常生活活动能力的影响.方法:随机将90例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者分为2组,对照组和观察组均为45例;对照组患者选择常规护理,观察组患者则在常规护理的同时,采用早期康复干预,观察比较护理效果.结果:观察组护理后的上下肢Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:为急性脑卒中偏瘫患者提供早期康复干预,能对其上下肢功能及日常生活活动能力进行显著改善.
