摘要
目的观察分析方中医康复护理对早期中风偏瘫患者神经功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月于该院收治的86例早期中风偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按照计算机随机数字法将患者依次分为对照组、研究组,每组有43例患者。对照组43例给予一般护理,研究组43例给予中医康复护理,对比两组护理结果。结果研究组43例的护理有效率大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组43例护理前的神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组护理后的神经功能缺损评分小于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理后的日常生活能力评分大于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组43例护理后的神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期中风偏瘫患者及时进行中医康复护理,可有效提高临床护理质量,可有效改善患者的神经功能与日常生活能力,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of TCM rehabilitation nursing on neurological function and daily living ability of patients with early stroke hemiplegia.Methods 86 patients with early stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the computer random number method,the patients were successively divided into control group and research group,with 43 patients in each group.43 patients in the control group were given general nursing and 43 patients in the study group were given traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing.Results The effective rate of 43 cases in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in neurological function defect score and daily living ability score between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The scores of neurological defects after nursing were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05).The scores of daily living ability after nursing were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05).The scores of neurological defects and daily living ability of 43 patients in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early stroke patients with hemiplegia timely rehabilitation nursing,can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing,can effectively improve the patient's neurological function and daily life ability,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
