摘要
当代中国高校流行音乐专业教育发展存在着"教育观念不匹配、学科建设不系统、人才培养不适配、师资结构不合理、学术研究不充分"等诸多问题与困惑。基于整合理念来研究探讨高校流行音乐专业教育实践,系统分析整合理念核心内涵及其跨域性、创造性、开放性、适切性、协调性等基本特征和应用价值,并对整合发展目标、整合内容方法、整合培养模式、整合师资队伍、整合多维资源等高校流行音乐专业教育基本策略进行详细论述,以期在破解当前中国高校流行音乐专业教育存在问题的同时提供一种可资借鉴的教育理念与模式。
There are many problems in China's professional pop music education in universities,such as the mismatch of teaching idea,the inadequacy of talent cultivation,unreasonable faculty structure,insufficient academic research.On the basis of integration concept,this thesis makes researches on the practice of professional pop music education in Chinese universities,systemically analyses the core of integration,studies its essential features such as trans-discipline,creativity,openness,application,and coordination.In order to solve the problems in the professional pop music education and provide a valuable teaching mode,this thesis has elaborated the basic strategies such as integrating development goals,development content,cultivation mode,faculty structure and resources.
