玉米低聚肽硒螯合物制备及结构特征研究 被引量:5

The preparation and structure characterization of selenium-chelating corn oligopeptide

摘要 以玉米低聚肽和亚硒酸钠为原料,制备玉米低聚肽硒螯合物,采用正交实验法优化工艺得到最佳螯合工艺条件为:螯合温度50℃,玉米低聚肽浓度8%,肽盐质量比1:2,反应pH=6,反应时间20 min。由此得到的产物得率为54.25%,产物螯合率为53.02%。通过扫描电镜和紫外全波长扫描进行初步鉴定,证实玉米低聚肽硒螯合物产生,为新型补硒产品的产业化奠定理论基础。 With corn oligopeptides and sodium selenite as raw materials,selenium-chelating corn oligooligopeptide was prepared.Using orthogonal design optimization process,the best chelating condition was got,the chelating temperature was 50℃,corn oligopeptides concentration was 8%,the mass ratio of peptides and salts was 1:2,pH=6,reaction time was 20 min.The yield of the product was 54.25% and the product chelating rate was 53.02%.Preliminary identification by scanning electron microscopy and ultraviolet full wavelength scanning (UV)confirmed that selenium-chelating corn oligopeptides were produced,which laid a theoretical foundation for the industrialization of a new selenium supplement product.
