摘要
基于扎根理论的研究框架,通过对中国知网期刊数据库中产学研协同创新相关文献的编码分析,构建出由产学研主体异质性障碍、产学研交互过程障碍和外部环境障碍所构成的产学研协同创新障碍因素层级体系。其中,产学研主体异质性障碍作为内生结构性障碍,是产学研交互过程障碍的前因变量;外部环境障碍对产学研主体异质性障碍和产学研交互过程障碍具有强化作用。
A coding analysis on the literatures about industry-university-research collaborative innovation from the journal database in CNKI was implemented by grounded theory. And then,the hierarchical system of obstacle factors restricting industry-university-research collaborative innovation,consisting of industry-university-research heterogeneity obstacle,industry-university-research interaction process obstacle and external environment obstacle,was constructed. And the industry-university-research heterogeneity obstacle as internal factor was an antecedent variable to industry-university-research interaction process obstacle,and the external environment obstacle reinforced the industry-university-research heterogeneity obstacle and the industry-university-research interaction process obstacle.
