摘要
目的:构建公立医院医务人员健康传播能力评价指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲法开展专家咨询,收集专家对各指标内容及重要性评分的意见,应用Excel 2007和SPSS 19.0对专家意见进行统计分析。结果:通过2轮咨询对评价指标进行修改和完善;问卷的回收率、有效率、专家权威系数、专家意见协调性均较好。构建了医务人员健康传播能力评价指标体系,包括5项一级指标、20项二级指标。结论:该指标体系可以用于评价公立医院临床科室开展健康传播活动的效果。评价结果可以帮助科室发现问题,优化传播行为,提高医务人员健康传播能力,从而更好地开展健康教育和品牌传播,更好地服务患者、服务社会。
Objectives:To build an evaluation indicator system on health communication capacity of medical staff in public hospitals.Methods:Delphi method was used to carry out expert consultation,collect expert opinions on the content and importance of each indicator,and use Excel 2007 table and SPSS 19.0 software to conduct statistical analysis of expert opinions.Results:Through two rounds of consultation,the evaluation indexes were modified and improved.The recycling rate,efficiency,expert authoiity coefficient and expert opinion are all up to standard.Evaluation of health communication ability of medical staff in public hospitals includes 5 first-level indicators.Under the primary index,it is divided into 20 secondary indicators.Conclusion:This indicator system can be used to evaluate the effect of health communication activities carried out by clinical departments of public hospitals.The evaluation results can help departments find problems, optimize communication behaviors and improve health communication ability of medical staff,so as to better carry out health education and brand communication,and better serve patients and society.
