摘要
本文研究了在通用缠绕机上进行大直径半球纤维缠绕需要的条件,分别计算各回转面的缠绕轨迹及相应的缠绕轨迹控制点,然后将各面交汇处缠绕轨迹控制点进行"缝合",最后掌握了在通用缠绕机上纤维缠绕大直径球面制品的技术。
The requirements for filament winding of major diameter hemispheres on universal winding machine are studied. Calculation of the winding path of each rotation and control point .Then,sew up the junction control points.In the end,the technology of filament winding on major diameter spherical surface universal winding machine is mastered.
