摘要
                
                    本文介绍了一种新型多绕丝头同步进给系统,阐述了多绕丝头同步进给系统的优势、技术参数,结构和特点。该系统与单绕丝头缠绕机相比,完全消除了各丝线间的摩擦,精简优化的丝线路径为小张力缠绕提供可靠的保证,确保了各丝线间张力的一致性。多绕丝头同时缠绕,极大地减缓封头极孔处丝线的堆积架空现象,显著提高缠绕效率和材料性能利用率,不但适合缠绕高强细丝线的大锥角容器(大口径比、短粗胖、大锥角和短圆柱),而且适用于要求小张力缠绕且张力要求比较苛刻的带药容器的缠绕。
                
                Common multi-axis control winding machine has only one winding head feed system in general.A number of threads are delivered and wound around the surface of the mold through the only one eye.Lower winding efficiency,fiber deposition and bridging often occurs when the small angle and small-diameter fiber winding is gonging on.The structure design and features of a new synchronized feed system of multi winding head are described in this paper.Compared with the common,the new system can wipe out the fiber frictions,and it can keep winding tension the same and steady especially for the smaller tension winding by optimum fiber delivering path.Fiber deposition and bridging around the polar opening of dome head can be greatly reduced when the multiple winding heads deliver the fiber at the same time.The winding efficiency and utilization of material can be significantly improved.It is quite suitable for large conical vessels winding with high strength thinner threads,especially for vessels winding with ammunition which has strict technical requirement for winding tension.
