摘要
                
                    针对膜外壳用复合材料的特点,选择以双酚A型环氧树脂和邻苯型不饱和聚酯树脂为基体树脂,无碱玻璃纤维为增强相的复合材料体系为研究对象,对比了树脂基体的力学性能和工艺性,并制备玻璃纤维增强相应树脂基体的复合材料,对复合材料进行了力学性能测试和分析。根据测试结果,对材料应用于何种膜外壳中给出了建议。
                
                According to the characteristics of composite which is used in membrane shell for water treatment,two systems with bisphenol-A epoxy resin and o-benzene unsaturated polyester resin as matrix resin and alkali-free glass fiber as reinforcing phase was researched.The mechanical properties and technological properties of the resin matrix were compared.Then mechanical properties of the composites were tested and analyzed,After composites reinforced with glass fiber were prepared.According to the test results,some suggestions are given as how to chose the material of membrane shell.
