摘要
慢性荨麻疹作为临床常见的一种皮肤病,与六淫、饮食、情志、脏腑虚损等因素相关。风邪被认为是其重要病因,但风邪稽留肌表还责之于“虚”和“湿”。本文基于三焦气化理论,认为三焦气化失司,影响气津的化生及通行,卫表不足、水湿停聚为其病机关键。以《伤寒论》中五苓散温阳化气以治本,祛风利水以治标,气津同治,表里双解的特点结合病例论述其治疗。
Chronic urticaria is a common skin disease in clinic,induced by six excesses,improper diet,mental stimulation,deficiency of Zangfu organs.Most doctors hold that pathogenic wind is one of the most important causes.However,deficiency and dampness are the causes of chronic urticaria which pathogenic wind lingers on the skin.It is suggested that unconsolidation of defense exterior and accumulation of dampness induced by disorder of gasification of triple energizer is the key to the pathogenesis.So this paper discusses the cure for chronic urticaria by Wuling Powder which has the effect of warming Yyang to transform Qi,dispelling wind and eliminating dampness to treat both the root and the branch.
