摘要
目的研究番木瓜籽中苄基硫代葡萄糖苷(BG)对小鼠免疫活性的影响。方法以制备得到的BG粗品为研究对象,研究其对小鼠体液免疫、非特异性免疫、脏器指数以及脏器组织形态的影响。结果 BG粗品能显著提高小鼠的胸腺指数、促进血清溶血素的生成以及增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,而且对肝肾组织影响较小。结论 BG粗品具有较好地增强小鼠机体免疫的功能。
Objective The effect of benzyl glucosinolate (BG) in papaya seeds on the immune activity in mice was studied. Methods The crude of BG was used as the research object.The effects of crude extract on humoral immunity,non -specific immunity,viscera index and organ morphology in mice were studied.Results The crude of BG could significantly enhance the thy- mus index,promote the production of serum hemolysin and strengthen the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages of mice.Furthermore,it had little effect on liver and kidney tissue.Conclusion The crude of BG had a good role in enhancing the immune function of organism.
