摘要
以光皮木瓜籽为主要原料,研究超声波辅助提取、微波辅助提取、亚临界流体萃取、低温压榨4种不同提取方法对木瓜籽油得率的影响,利用GC–MS分析了不同提取方法所得木瓜籽油的脂肪酸组成与相对含量,并测定亚临界流体萃取的木瓜籽油理化指标及营养成分。结果表明,不同提取方法所得木瓜籽油得率有显著性差异,得率大小依次为:超声波辅助提取(环己烷)>微波辅助提取(乙酸乙酯)>亚临界流体萃取>低温压榨。而且亚临界流体萃取木瓜籽油脂肪酸组成与其它3种方法有较大的差异,亚临界流体萃取的木瓜籽油单不饱和脂肪酸含量为46.61%,不饱和脂肪酸总量为88.75%,明显高于其它3种方法,且油脂中多酚、黄酮、维生素E等营养成分含量丰富。
Different extraction methods ( ultrasonic-assisted extraction, microwave-assisted extraction, subcritical fluid extraction and cold-pressed extraction ) were applied to extract oil from Chaenomeles sinensis ( Thouin ) Koehne seed. The effect of extraction methods on oil yield and oil quality was investigated and the fatty acid compositions and relative contents were analyzed by GC-MS. Then the physicochemical properties and the nutrient content of the oil extracted by subcritical fluid extraction were measured. The results showed that the yield of Chaenomeles sinensis ( Thouin ) Koehne seed oils extracted by different methods had significant differences, the order of the extraction yield was ultrasonic extraction ( cyclohexane ) 〉microwave extraction ( ethyl acetate ) 〉subcritical fluid extraction〉 cold-pressed extraction. The fatty acid composition of oil extracted by subcritical fuid had great differences than others, while subcritical fluid extraction led to better oil quality with 88.75% unsaturated fatty acids and 46.61% monounsaturated fatty acids, which were significant higher than others. And the oil contained rich nutrients, such as polyphenol, flavonoids and Vitamin E.
