INITIAL REPORT FOR STUDY ON HETEROSIS OF JAPONICA HYBRID RICE OF “TWO LINE”

摘要 光敏核不育水稻的发现,使杂交水稻育种进入两系法的新阶段,并取得了重大进展。湖北省曾率先育成的一批粳两系组合,经繁育制种、区试和生产试验,表现出配组自由、繁种简易、一系两用、育性稳定、杂种无不育细胞质负效应等优越性,但产量优势还不尽如人意。我省早在70年代初也提出两系法育种,并育成一批高自交不育系(对温度敏感)及紫色标记恢复系,可以一制两用,选配出一批籼粳两系组合,终因产量的竞争优势不强,加之不育系育性变化不稳而中断。我们在研究中体会到,育成光敏核不育系,只是解决了手段问题,关键在于广泛测配,从中筛选出产量能超过当地推广品种和现有三系杂种的两系超高产组台。 Using the japonica photo-sensitive genie male sterile line—La7001s, breeded in our institute, as the main female parent to cross with 49 varieties of 6 types. Analysing the heterobeltosis and standard heterosis in the grain yield and main economic characters of the 69 F_1 combinations. The result showed that the F_1 combinations made by crossing with indica-japonica, wide compatibility varieties had the strongest standard heterosis. Among them, the yield of 9 combinations was 25.0 per cent over the conventional check variety. We analysed the main economic characters of 20 japonica 'two-line' combinations, the result showed that most of the higher heterosis combinations had multi-panicles and larger panicles. It is hopeful to select interspecific super high yield combinations of japonica 'two-line' from them.
