摘要
在南宁(22°35′N)的自然条件下,对4个水稻光(温)敏核不育系的育性转换的表现,及其与光、温因素的关系进行了研究。结果是:不同的水稻光(温)敏核不育系的育性转换表现及不育期的天数有差异,同一个水稻光(温)敏核不育系,在不同年份的育性转换表现及不育期天数也有差异。籼型光(温)敏核不育系 KS—9,在南宁只有一个转换期,粳型光敏核不育系N5088S 和农垦58S 在南宁有两个转换期。籼型光(温)敏核不育系 KS—9的育性转换受光照和温度条件的影响,但光照的影响较大,属于光(温)敏型。而籼型光敏核不育系 HN5S 和粳型光敏核不育系农垦58S、N5088S 的育性转换,是受光照条件的影响,而温度没有影响,属于光敏型。
Under natural condition in Nan ning(22°35′N),the fertility alterations of several photoperiod(temperature)sensitive genie male sterile(PGMS)rices and the relation between fertility alteration and light,temperature factors have been studied.Results showed that,the fertility alterations of different photoperiod(temperature)sensitive genic male ster- ile rice and stable sterile periods were different,the same PGMS rice,its fertility alteration and stable sterile periods weren't the same in different years.The PGMS lines of indica type (KS-9)have one fertility alteration,the PGMS lines of japonica type(N5088S,Nogken 58S)have two fertility alterations in Nanning area. The fertility alterations of KS-9,are affected by light and temperature factors,they be- long to photoperiod(temperature)-sensitive type,while HNSS(indica type),N5088S、 Nongken 58S(japonica type)belong to photoperiod-sensitive type.
