摘要
以 5个光温敏不育系与 10个恢复系(或常规品种)分别配成的组合为材料,从产量性状上对所配成的 50个组合进行杂种优势分析。结果表明:杂种F1 存在显著的个体杂种优势,在主要农艺性状尤以单株粒重、单株穗数、每穗粒数的杂种优势明显;相关、通径分析表明:每穗粒数、单株穗数、结实率、千粒重与单株粒重成正相关,且每穗总粒数、结实率对单株粒重的直接作用均达极显著水平。
Several agronomic characters with regard to yield have been investigated by way of 5×10 NCⅡcross design with 5 PTGMS lines and 10 restorer lines (including cultivars). The results showed that:(a) There existed significant hybrid vigor in the characters of F_1 generations, esp.In the characters such as grain weight per plant, panicles per plant and spikelets per panicle; (b) The analysis of the correlation and the path showed that grain weight per plant had a positive correlation with spikelets per panicle,panicles per plant, seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight; and the direct function of spikelets per panicle and seed setting rate to grain weight per plant is significant at 0.01 level.
