摘要
本文以对鲁南两个村的实地调查为例 ,说明市场因素对欠发达农村地区的侵入造 成的一个可能的后果 ,即村干部对村庄控制和保护能力的减弱 ,并试图用“弱监护人”这一 表述概括之。同时 ,从村干部和村民个人利益方面分析了造成这一现象的原因。
This article takes the investigation in Ji Zhuang, Dong Cun, in South of Shandong Province for example to illustrate that the possible consequence of Market factor invading those developing rural areas is the deduce of the control and protective abilities which are supplied by village cadres. We try to use the concept--'Week Guardian' to describe this phenomenon. Meanwhile, we also discuss the reason in both sides: the personal benefit of village cadres and of villagers.
