摘要
为了提高锂云母烧焙提锂法配料计量环节的工艺水平,提高锂的回收率、生产效率并降低综合生产成本,进行了锂云母提锂法配料计量工艺设备升级改造研究。在此过程中,对当前锂云母提锂企业应用的计量及其控制设备存在的问题进行了深入研究,包括皮带秤测皮、标定频次过高、现场粉尘因素对测皮作业的不良影响、粉状物料在料仓中容易架桥、皮带称计量法存在一定量计量漂浮问题等。为解决这些问题,针对不同物料特性提出了A类、B类、C类物料计量改进解决方案。经过对两套改造后的称料系统一年工作数据的跟踪调查,结果显示设备故障率由原来的10%降低到2%,计量不准确率从原来4%降低到0.5%,提高整体设备的运行率达到了90%以上。本文中提出的锂云母提锂法配料计量设备升级改造方案成功提升了整体设备和产品的稳定性,使熟料回收率提高到了93.5%以上,取得了良好的实际使用效果。
In order to improve the technological level of the batching and metering process for lithium mica roasting and lithium extraction,and to increase the lithium recovery rate,production efficiency,and reduce comprehensive production costs,a study was carried out on the upgrading of equipment for the lithium mica extraction process.During this process,in-depth research was conducted on the problems with the metering and control equipment currently used in lithium mica extraction enterprises.These problems included belt scale measurement errors,high frequency of calibration,adverse effects of on-site dust on measurement operations,bridging of powdery materials in storage bins,and measurement drift issues with belt scales.To address these problems,improved solutions were proposed for A-class,B-class,and C-class materials based on their characteristics.After one year of tracking and investigation of data from two sets of upgraded batching systems,the results showed that the equipment failure rate was reduced from the original 10%to 2%,and the measurement accuracy rate was reduced from 4%to 0.5%.The overall equipment operation rate was increased to over 90%.The lithium mica extraction process equipment upgrading solutions proposed in this paper successfully improved the stability of the overall equipment and product,increasing the recovery rate of roasted materials to over 93.5%,and achieved good practical results.
