摘要
目的 :建立刺五加药材中异皮定含量测定方法。方法 :采用PhenomenexC1 8柱 ,乙腈 - 0 0 5mol·L- 1 磷酸二氢钾(2 2∶78)为流动相 ,流速 0 9mL·min- 1 ,检测波长 34 4nm。结果 :游离型和结合型异皮定加样回收率分别为 98 8%和10 2 5 % ,RSD分别为 2 3%和 2 9% (n =5 )。结论 :方法简便 ,结果准确可靠。
Objectives:A method of determination of free anbd combined isofraxidin in Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi is developed.Method:Phenomenex C 18 column was used,acetonitrile—0.05 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(22∶78)as mobile phase (a flow rate of 0.9 mL·min -1)and detected at 344 nm.Result:The mean recoveries of free and combined isofraxidin were 98.8% and 102.5%,RSD were 2.3% and 2.9%(n=5)respectively.Conclusion:The method is rapid,simple and reliable.
