摘要
本文介绍一种新型熔铝铸铁坩埚材质—含Cr、Re等元素的低合金铸铁.这种铸铁不但合金含量少,生产成本低,而且坩埚使用性能(抗生长性,抗氧化性和抗铝液熔蚀性)优良.工业试验结果表明,新材质制造的坩蜗使用寿命是普通铸铁坩埚的2～3倍.
This paper presents a new type material of making cast iron crucibles for melting aluminium——low alloy cast iron containing Cr, Re etc. This material possesses the features of low prime cost, containing a few alloy elements and fine properties of crucible (growth resistance, oxidation resistance and melt-off resistance to melted aluminum). The industrial test results have shown that the service life of new low alloy cast iron crucible is 2—3 times as long as ordinary grey cast iron crucible.
