摘要
铸造半钢轧辊新型材质具有优良的性能,用于生产热轧带钢连轧机组的粗轧机架和精轧前段工作辊,还广泛应用于生产型钢、线材和棒材的粗轧机架。通过对常法半钢轧辊若干铸造裂纹、大面加渣、辊颈缩松、渣孔等缺陷的分析和攻关,根据具体缺陷采取有针对性的控制措施,收到了很好的效果。
Casting semisteel roll with new type of material has super performance,can be used to produce work roll for rough rolling stand and former section of finishing rolling set in continuous rolling sets of hot-rolling strip steel,also for rough rolling stands of section steel,wire steel and bar steel.Some aimed control measures according to the concrete defect are adopted based on analysis of the following defects on the normal-method casting semisteel roll： casting cracks,large area of inclusion,dispersed shrinkage on roll neck,slag hole.And a good effect got.
