摘要
常规卡瓦封隔器由于采用粗牙分瓣式卡瓦结构 ,对套管的伤害较大。为此 ,研制了ZYT441— 1 1 4桶式卡瓦封隔器 ,其特点是采用独特的细牙、整体双向卡瓦锚定结构 ,使卡瓦沿套管内壁周向全接触 ,增加了卡瓦与套管内壁的接触面积 ,减小了卡瓦牙对套管内壁的嵌入深度 ,改善了套管的周向应力分布状态 ,大大降低了卡瓦对套管的伤害。室内及现场试验表明 ,该封隔器对套管的伤害较小 ,同时具有坐、解封灵活可靠 ,耐高温、高压等优点。
The conventional slip packer does harm to the casing to any great degree. Thereby a new barrel-type slip packer, Model ZYT441-114 packer, is developed. The new packer adopts distinguishing thin teeth slip with bi-directional anchoring mechanism, increasing the contact area of the slip with the casing inwall and improving the circumferential stress distribution status of the casing, thereby reducing the harm of the slip to the casing. Lab tests and field tests show that the packer harms the casing in a small degree, and it can operate reliably.
