摘要
现阶段,提高封隔器耐温耐压工作性能的主要方法是:(1)研制新型胶筒材料;(2)改变胶筒形状尺寸,(3)增加"防突"结构。提出了一种提高封隔器耐温耐压差性能的新方法:通过双级胶筒、自平衡活塞结构,实现压力逐级降低,从而降低单级胶筒的工作压差,提高封隔器在常温及高温情况下的耐压差性能。
At present,it is normal to advance a packer to be of a high temperature resistance and pressure resistance by following the three approaches below(1 ) adoption of a new rubber material;(2) changing the size of rubber;(3) introducing a structure of protrusion prevention.Under such a circumstance,this paper puts forward a new way to advance the performance of the packer to be capable of being high temperature resistance and pressure differential resistance.The packer is sure to experience a breakdown of pressure step by step until the pressure differential of the single stage has also be decreased eventually by way of introducing a two - stage rubber and auto - balancing of plunger.All these contribute to an optimized performance of pressure differential prevention of packer at both a conventional and high temperature.
