摘要
文章采用云纹法物理模拟技术和有限元法数值模拟技术相结合的方法 ,对封隔器卡瓦与套管之间的咬合受力情况进行了研究 ,得到了卡瓦内部应力、应变分布规律 ,发现了卡瓦各齿受力不均匀情况和对卡瓦失效产生的重要影响。上述研究结果为改善卡瓦结构。
The intreactionn between the packer slip and the casing was studied with the combination of Moire modeling method and FEM simulation method. The stress and strain distribution in a slip was understood and the asymmetry of stress distribution was found, that had a great effect on their failure. The experiment data and the theory foundation will be benefit to develop the slip structure and improve reliability.
