摘要
本文采用氨基酸自动分析仪及凯式定氮仪对新疆香青兰氨基酸种类及含量和蛋白质含量进行测定 ,从中确定了该植物中人体所需的氨基酸及含量及蛋白的含量 ,为提高该植物的药用价值 ,提供了可靠的数据。
Several kinds of amino acids and proteins in Xinjiang sweetgrass plant and their contents have been determined with amino acid analyzer and nitrometer detector in this paper.Some kinds of amino acids needed for human body have been confirmed in the study.These results show the reliable information for the benefit of using the plant for medicine.\;
