摘要
目的测定香青兰全草中总三萜酸成分含量。方法以齐墩果酸为指标,采用香草醛-冰醋酸及高氯酸显色后用分光光度法测其含量。结果齐墩果酸的线性范围是8.48-42.4μg·ml^-1,测得香青兰中总三萜酸含量约为14.9 mg/g,RSD为1.23%。结论用大孔吸附树脂对香青兰除杂后富集利用显色法测定总三萜酸是可行的,该方法具有简便、快速、准确、重复性好等优点。
Objective To determine the content of the Tritepenoidic Acid in Dracocephalum moldavica L . Methods With oleanolic acid as the standard,5% Vanillin- Acetic acid and perchloric as the developer,colorimetric method was applied. Results A good linearity was found in the concentration range of 8.48 - 42.4 μg · ml^-1 for oleanolic acid, the average recovery was 99.1% with RSD 1.23%. The average content of Dracocephalum moldavica L. was 14.9 mg · g^-1 Conclusion Macroreticular resin - Colorimetric method is suitable for the determination of total tritepenoidic acid from Dracocephalum moldavica L. This method is simple, the result is stable, and has good repeatability.
