摘要
目的观察宽筋藤提取物对小鼠的抗炎作用。方法①采用二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀法,观察宽筋藤大、中、小剂量对小鼠耳郭肿胀的抑制率;②采用鸡蛋清致小鼠足趾肿胀法,观察致炎后1h、2h、4h、6h、8h,宽筋藤大、中、小剂量对小鼠足趾肿胀的抑制作用。结果宽筋藤提取物灌胃可减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀程度和鸡蛋清致小鼠足趾肿胀程度(P<0.01),且肿胀抑制率随剂量的增加而加强。结论宽筋藤对小鼠组织肿胀具有抑制作用,并且呈现剂量依赖性,具有抗炎药理作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of water extract from Kuan Jin Teng on mice. Methods Xylene was used to induce pinna swelling on mice.Toe swelling of mice was induced by egg white.Ob- serve the inhibition effect of large,middle,small dose of Kuan Jin Teng on the inflammation of mice lh,2h,4 h,6 h and 8 h later.Results The intragastric administration of water extract of Kuan Jin Teng can relieve the pinna swelling induced by xylene and toe swelling induced by egg white（ P 〈0.01） and the inhibition effect on swelling enhanced with the increase of dose.Conclusion Kuan Jin Teng has inhibition effect on tissue swelling of mice, which shows dose dependency,and has anti-inflammatory pharmacologiccal effect.
