摘要 印刷电路板高速数控钻床作为一种超精密机械设备,有着特殊的设计原则和设计方法。探讨了其设计原则和设计方法,对比了不同结构及运动方案的优缺点。印刷电路板高速数控钻床的设计原则主要包括高精度,高速度,高刚度,高可靠性,高加工效率等原则;设计方法主要包括需求功能分析,整体布局的确定,设计方案的确定,整体结构和参数的确定。 High speed printed circuit board NC drilling machine is a kind of ultra precision mechanical equipment, has special design principles and methods. Design principles and methods were discussed for the first time in this paper,and advantages and disadvantages of different structures and motion scheme were compared. The design principles of high speed PCB NC drilling machine mainly consist of high accuracy, high speed, high rigidity, high reliability, high processing efficiency;design methods mainly include the demand function analysis, determination of the overall layout, determination of design scheme and the whole structure and parameter.
