摘要
目的综述近年来国内外关于丹参素衍生物在药理作用、药效机制、药代动力学方面的研究进展,为研制开发丹参素类创新药物及指导临床应用提供参考。方法搜集近年来与丹参素衍生物药理研究、药效机制研究、药代动力学研究相关的国内外文献,以功效为分类依据进行归纳和分析。结果丹参素类衍生物药理作用研究主要集中在心血管系统,对其作用机制研究也逐渐深入,但对药代动力学研究较少。结论以丹参素钠、丹参素冰片酯(DBZ)、丹参素异丙酯(IDHP)为代表的丹参素衍生物研究较深入,为其进一步的剂型开发和指导临床合理用药奠定了基础。
Objective To review the research progress of Danshensu derivatives in the aspects of the pharmacological effects, pharmacodynamic mechanism and pharmacokinetics at home and abroad in recent years, and to provide reference for creating Danshensu innovative drugs and guiding clinical applications. Methods The domestic and overseas related research literatures of Danshensu derivatives in recent years were collected. The induction and analysis were performed with the efficacy classification as the basis. Results The pharmacological action researches of Danshensu derivatives were mainly concentrated in the cardiovascular system; the research on its mechanism was gradually deepened, but the pharmacokinetic research was less. Conclusion The researches of danshensu derivatives with sodium danshensu, danshensu borneol ester （DBZ） and danshensu isopropyl ester （IDHP） as the representative are relatively deepened, which lays a foundation for the further development of formulation and the guidance of clinical rational drug use.
