摘要
局部放电特高频检测方法灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强,已经得到广泛认可。由于油浸式变压器油箱的屏蔽作用,其内部局部放电产生的电磁波无法辐射出来,这阻碍了变压器局部放电特高频检测方法的推广应用。为此提出了基于介质窗口式UHF传感器的变压器局部放电检测与定位方法。通过仿真分析了介质窗口的规格尺寸对UHF信号强度的影响;在一台即将投入运行的220 kV变压器上安装了8个介质窗口UHF传感器,开展了局部放电检测与试验。研究结果表明,介质窗口直径为150 mm、高度为0时其外侧UHF信号最强;据此设计的UHF传感器检测到220 kV变压器内50 pC的局部放电,并能够准确定位。介质窗口式UHF检测方法对于提高变压器局部放电检测水平具有重要意义。
Owing to its high sensitivity and noise-immunity,ultra-high-voltage (UHF) partial discharge detection method is widely recognized.As for oil-immersed power transformer,due to the shielding effect of oil tank the electromagnetic waves caused by partial discharge inside the transformer tank cannot radiate out and it hinders the popularization and application of UHF partial discharge detection.A dielectric window and UHF sensors based detection and location of partial discharge occurred inside transformer tank is proposed,and the influence of the size of dielectric window on UHF signal strength is researched by simulated analysis.To develop the detection of partial discharge,eight dielectric window-UHF sensor sets are installed on the tank of a 220kV transformer to be soon put into operation.Test results show that the UHF signal strength is the strongest while the diameter of the dielectric window is 150mm and the height of the dielectric window is zero.Using the UHF sensors,which are made according to the test results,the partial discharge inside the tank of 220 kV power transformer is detected and the reading of UHF detection instrument is 50 pC,meanwhile the position of the partial discharge can be accurately located.
