摘要
局部放电脉冲电流法是检测和研究气体绝缘开关设备(gasinsulatedswitchgear,GIS)绝缘子绝缘缺陷必不可少的试验方法,但近年来研究和实践发现,常规脉冲电流法对GIS绝缘子表面局部放电存在识别灵敏度不足的问题,亟需进一步提升脉冲电流法的局部放电识别灵敏度。为此,首先分析常规脉冲电流法局放识别灵敏度难以提升的原因,并针对其不足,提出脉冲电流分布测量法;其次,在实验室建立了灵敏度达0.02pC的126kV GIS绝缘子局部放电高灵敏综合测量系统,通过对比脉冲电流分布测量法、特高频法、光测法的测量结果,验证了脉冲电流分布测量法的局放识别灵敏度,并解释了GIS绝缘子表面微金属颗粒局部放电呈现偶发特性的原因;最后,将脉冲电流分布测量法应用在252kV绝缘子局放出厂试验中,局放识别灵敏度可达0.05pC。
Pulse current partial discharge test has become an indispensable test method for detecting and studying GIS spacer.However,the pulse current method is difficult to detect the partial discharge occurring on the surface of the spacer.Firstly,the reasons for the difficulty in improving the sensitivity of the conventional pulse current method in the actual application were analyzed in this paper.A pulse current distribution measurement method was proposed,based on the analysis of the shortage of conventional pulse current method.Secondly a 126 kV GIS partial discharge high-sensitivity comprehensive measurement experimental system with sensitivity up to 0.02 pC was established.High sensitivity and effective-ness of pulse current distribution measurement were verified,by comparing the pulse current distribution measurement method,the UHF method,and the optical method.The reason for the sporadic characteristics of partial discharge to micro-metal particles on the surface of GIS spacers was explained.Finally,the application of pulse current distribution measurement method in the factory test of 252 kV spacer partial discharge was realized.The sensitivity of partial discharge identification can reach 0.05 pC.
