摘要
分析了单缸发动机振动产生的机理,参照GB/T10398建立了发动机振动烈度测试平台。通过对试验得到的加速度信号时域分析和频域分析,得出y,z方向振动由发动机激励力引起,x方向振动与激励力无直接对应关系。为避免信号积分带来误差,提出用加速度振级评价发动机台架振动的新方法。按照新方法和当量振动烈度评级方法对4台发动机做了振动评价,两种评价结论一致,表明新方法可用于发动机台架振动试验评价。
A single-cylinder engine vibration test bed was established by reference to GB/'F10398 and based on analysis of vibration generating mechanism of a single eylinder engine. Time-domain analysis and frequency-domain analysis of experimental acceleration signal was accomplished and the following conclusions were obtained. The vibration of y-axial direction and z-axial direction was caused by the engine driving force but which of x-axial direction was not. A new method was proposed in order to avoid signal integration error by using aeeeleration vibration level to evaluate engine vibra- tion. Then,this new method was used to evaluate vibration of four different type engines. Its results were coincident with which was used equivalent vibration intensity method. It demonstrates that this new method can be used for engine bench vibration test evaluation.
