摘要
为分析轮式装载机动臂参数对不同坡度角下的横向稳定性的影响,以某轮式装载机为研究对象,对满载运输工况下动臂由水平分别转至各个工作位置及动臂外侧厚度变化时的振动模态进行分析,并进一步研究动臂参数对振动特性和动应力特性的影响。结果表明:调节动臂的工作位置对固有频率影响不明显,但增加动臂外侧厚度能明显增加系统各阶固有频率;不同坡度路面下,增加动臂外侧厚度,动臂横向振动RMS值均明显减小,横向稳定性得到改善,且动应力波动趋缓。
In order to analyze the influence of boom parameters of wheel loaders on system vibration characteristics under the action of different road excitation,taking a certain type of wheel loader as the research object,analyzing the vibration modal of whole system when wheel loader under full-load situation with moving arm rotated from horizontal to each working place and the change of lateral thickness of the boom.Further analyzing the influence of boom parameters on system vibration characteristics and dynamic stress characteristics.The results show that there are no obvious influence on the natural frequency of system when change the boom working place,however,increasing the lateral thickness of boom can significantly increase the natural frequencies of the system.Under different road excitation,increasing the lateral thickness of boom cause the RMS of transverse vibration of moving arm decreases obviously,and the lateral stability has been improved,also the fluctuation of dynamic stress is slowing down.
